  • RF#MEN1307:Telecom Monitoring Engineer (O&M)
      • Mediation from multinational vendor (Ericsson, NSN, Huawei, etc.), Oracle, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting and CDR processing (formatting, generation, exporting, pulling, etc.)
      • Requirements analysis for new project initiatives
      • End-to-end solutions Architecture (solution design, customer adaptation, product customization) for hardware and software solutions
      • Log, analyze, resolve and escalate faults on the platforms
      • Develop tools for monitoring platform and reporting analysis
      • Technical guidance and mentoring of others for development on code related efforts
      • Use both hardware and software engineering experience to aid project planning, design, business analysis, development, and vendor management.
      • Support Solaris System and Oracle Database Administration.
      • Develop tools and monitoring scripts using Unix Scripts.
      • Develop/Support multi thread applications using OOP Languages such as Java, C++, .NET and Perl as well as IN Applications.
      • Perform integration and acceptance tests, produce test documents as well as upgrade/load approved patches and fixes.
      • Implement change request/planned work on platforms using established Change Management procedures.
      • Monitor systems and applications on site and resolve all subscriber problems.
      • Log, analyze, resolve and escalate faults on the platforms.
      • In-depth experience in the Telecom environment with high volume mediation platforms
        - including Voice, Data, SMS, MMS, VoIP and Content billing.
      • Unix, Oracle. ITIL, Java
      • hands-on experience in Solaris System Administration, Applications Development and Oracle Database Administration
      • Hands on experience in Applications support
      • Good understanding of GSM Value Added Services, charging and billing systems
      • Knowledge about international standards like ITIL is a plus
      • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
      • 2-5 years related work experience.

      The successful candidate shall have the ability to deliver a project from concept through production deployment; excellent team contributor; ability to adapt to new technologies/applications.

  • RF#ITM1307: IS&IT Specialist/Manager
        - Manage information technology and computer systems
        • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)
        • Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users
        • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
        • Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
        - Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
        • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
        • Be familiar with reputed hardware, software, network operating systems and applications
        • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
        • Train staff about potential uses of existing & new technology
        • Provide individual training and support on request
        • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
        • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
        • Negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service agreements
        - Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
        • Troubleshoot all technology issues
        • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
        • Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources

  • The successful candidates will be responsible for working within our highly motivated team with core responsibility to be our leading expert in development of our Telecom applications and tools. The role offers significant opportunities for continuous self-development in software areas and in other diverse parts of the mobile network.
      • SQL (MySQL, ORACLE, Microsoft SQL Server)
      • Shell scripting (on various UNIX, LINUX & WINDOWS environments)
      • XML, HTML, Java, .Net, C++ (desirable)
      • Experience with common mobile network architectures, applications and services (VAS)
      • Tools development, testing and implementation
      • Solutions customization as per the customer and project requirements
      • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
      • 2-3 years related work experience.
